Production Processes for Custom Printed Flags and BannersDigital print nylon process (600 dpi) is the most common style print production method in use today and allows for high resolution single prints of gradient artwork with quick production schedules. Perfect for 4-color process, spot colors and full bleed artwork, inks penetrate to the back side for single face reverse flags. No minimum order quantity, no set-up charges with valid vector artwork. 7-10 day production schedule. Calescent dye process on white 250 denier woven polyester for heavy long wearing flag material reads reverse on the back side. No minimum quantity, but set-ups apply. Screen printed process allows for good economy on large long runs up to 3 spot colors only with no gradients. Minimum quantites and set-ups apply. Production artwork: Submitted artwork for production should be in valid vector format; .ai or .eps files with fonts converted to curves and PMS Pantone color specifications indicated. If you do not have vector artwork, please submit any art files you may have in order to receive a quote. Raster art at 300 pixels per inch or higher in either TIFF or Photoshop formats and high resolution JPEGS can be used, but due to file compression the quality of the finished goods will be diminished.
